I did a little tuning up of the site and decided it was best to start from scratch. The posts won’t be restored which I find a little sad because there were good pictures and information. But a new start is good too – embrace.

Brag I know this sounds like a brag but I have been accepted into the ranks of chestnut tree enthusiasts. I can only assume that my reputation had preceded my request by the promptness of the forthcoming application….

More Info For some reason this project struck me as a fun thing to do. The idea of a poo scavenger hunt seems like as good of a reason to get out this late winter/ early spring as any I’m likely to come across. Yes, this appears to be a real thing!

I do not currently have any chestnut trees on the property but I joined the group online and they are sending 10 seeds and I will buy 10 more. I think I will plant them on the south pasture fence line between Cal’s house and ours.
