If you’re just getting started, consider a bike with suspension or even an e-mountain bike for extra support. I personally am a hardtail snob but that could be because I’m too cheap to pay for a full suspension. 🙂

🚵 Quarry Road Trails (Waterville)

These two Rome-area trails offer scenic rides and are great for intermediate riders. They’re part of the 7 Lakes Alliance trail system.

🌿 Bond Brook Recreation Area (Augusta)
This 172-acre parcel has over 12 miles of trails with technical features and fast descents. A favorite for local riders.

🌳 Allen Whitney Memorial Forest (Manchester)
Quiet and forested, this spot is ideal if you want a peaceful ride with a few moderate challenges. Learn more
