Summers are short here in Maine that’s for sure. We all need to make sure we do what we can to enjoy the warm air while it’s with us.
Today was a fantastic day for a hike, not too hot, not too cold. Karin and I headed to the coast for a relatively short hike, (under 3 miles) up Bald Mountain Preserve.
Not before stopping off at the Hope General Store of course. I stopped in there a few months back and quickly became a must stop whenever I’m in the area.
Bald Mountain Preserve trail is the perfect mix of wooded trails and rocks. Wonderful vista as you clear the trees that overlooks Camden Harbor and the Snow Bowl.
I made a little video, edited in reverse so you go from top to bottom 🙂 Enjoy and get out there if you haven’t.
